Escolhas expects its professionals to position themselves adamantly in face of challenging themes and during tough discussions. We value autonomy as well as the ability to build and maintain bridges to work as a team in a context in which most interactions are virtual.
For this aim, the organization offers the best work structure for you, including payment compatible with the market practice, health plan, life insurance, ergonomic package for the home office (chair, stands for notebook and footrest, keyboard and mouse), allowance for Internet access, allowance for the purchase of a cell phone, media training and English classes (if required).
Our team works in home office mode. However, whenever required, you can use our co-working room, located in the Pinheiros area, in the state of São Paulo.
